Results and evidence

Evidence we can stand behind

SCOUT is a new service. Rather than publish outcome claims we cannot substantiate, this page sets out what has actually been built, tested and recorded.

A deliberate position. We do not publish client names, revenue figures or conversion claims that we cannot evidence on request. When mature case studies exist, they will appear here with the client's written consent and with the numbers attributable to a named source.

Operating evidence

What has been demonstrated

A documented, repeatable method

SCOUT runs to a written reasoning standard that separates client-specific context from the qualification logic itself. The same engine can be pointed at a different ideal client profile without rebuilding the method.

Failures are recorded, not hidden

During development, a tooling failure stopped a live run outright. It was diagnosed, remediated and re-tested, and the failed run was retained in the audit trail alongside the successful one. That discipline is the product.

The engine recommends against opportunities

In a controlled assessment of a real prospective account, SCOUT returned a recommendation to decline on the grounds of scale mismatch and an existing internal capability. A qualification engine that never says no is a list, not a qualification engine.

Data quality findings are surfaced

Live runs have identified provider-level failure modes, including senior title matching proving unreliable at volume and global parent domains resolving to the wrong entity. Both are now handled by explicit labelling and manual review rather than quietly passed through.

Worked example

What a qualification decision looks like

Illustrative structure, drawn from the real output format. Client identities and commercial detail are withheld.

Dimension Assessment Basis
ICP fit Weak Fact. Company scale materially above the approved target band.
Problem intensity Moderate Inference. Public hiring activity suggests the problem exists but is not acute.
Timing Unknown Unknown. No public trigger event identified in the review window.
Incumbency Material Fact. Existing in-house capability named on the company's own website.
Recommendation Decline Two disqualifying findings against the approved standard.

You receive the same structure for accounts that pass, which is what makes a shortlist arguable rather than simply asserted.

Who built it

Governance credentials

SCOUT was designed and built by Ademola Isimeme Odewade, MBA, ACA, Chief Executive Officer and Lead Strategist at K-Dems Consulting Limited, trained in audit at PwC and KPMG. The build was completed and assessed as an agent governance capstone, certified in September 2026.

Next step

Judge it against accounts you already know

The pilot puts SCOUT in front of a market you understand, which is the only fair test of a qualification engine.
