Priced on judgement, not on record count
You are buying research capacity and qualification judgement, not a record count. Every account we deliver carries a written rationale, a named decision-maker and the evidence behind the call.
All prices in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Onboarding is charged once in advance. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or annually, with a minimum initial commitment on each plan.

- Everything in Scale
- Bespoke qualification criteria and scoring model
- Custom reporting and CRM handoff
- Data governance and security review
- Named engagement lead
- Commercially scoped implementation
Annual prepay. Annual prepay includes approximately one month free. Annual pricing is eleven months at the monthly rate: Starter £16,500, Growth £30,250, Scale £60,500, each paid in advance. Onboarding is charged separately and in advance.
Minimum initial commitment. Starter and Growth run for a minimum of three months, Scale for a minimum of six. Enterprise terms are agreed commercially. The commitment exists because the first cycle is the most research-intensive, and a single month is not long enough to judge a qualification method fairly.
Research capacity, not a data feed
The cost of this work sits in the research and the judgement, which is where a bought list spends nothing at all.
Evidence-backed qualification
Every account carries a written rationale against criteria you approved, with facts, inferences and unknowns kept apart rather than blended into a confidence score.
Decision-maker mapping
The roles that own the problem, the budget and the decision, with contact details where they are lawfully available and their verification status stated plainly.
Buying signal assessment
On Growth and above, a timing view and a why-now statement, or an honest record that no timing evidence was found. A signal raises probability, it never proves intent.
Human-governed review
A named person approves the criteria before a run and reviews the output before it reaches you. Nothing is released on the strength of the system reporting success.
Disqualification transparency
On Growth and above you receive the rejections and the reasons, because the rejections are how you find out whether the criteria are working.
Source provenance
A traceable source trail behind every material claim, and a recorded context version, so any decision can be reconstructed months later.
SCOUT Pipeline Pilot, £1,250 one-time
A bounded sample engagement that runs SCOUT against your real ideal client profile before you commit to a subscription.
This is a paid diagnostic and research engagement, not a free trial and not a sample file. You are buying a real SCOUT run against your real market, with the same evidence discipline and the same human review as a subscription cycle.
Where commercially appropriate, up to £950 of your Pipeline Pilot fee may be credited towards onboarding if you upgrade to Growth or Scale within 30 days.
We do not promise a fixed number of qualified accounts. The shortlist is whatever the evidence supports, and the readout tells you honestly if that number is small.
Included
- Structured ICP definition session
- A live SCOUT run against your real market
- A qualified account shortlist with full evidence trail
- Decision-maker identification on qualified accounts
- An honest account of what SCOUT rejected and why
- A written readout and recommendation

Standard service delivery does not begin before the required payment and onboarding gates are satisfied. See the refund and cancellation policy and the terms of service.
Payment is taken through Stripe, with PayPal available as an alternative on request. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never touch this website.
Not sure which tier fits
Most firms start with the pilot or book a call to size the scope honestly before committing to a subscription.
